Dear Northway Church,
We are excited to announce that we will be taking a group from Northway to Israel in 2024. The dates for this trip are January 30 - February 8, 2024. The cost for the trip will be between $3500-$4000, depending upon flight costs and the number of individuals on the tour. This cost includes airfare, hotels, ground transportation, tours, and two meals each day. The only additional costs will be lunch and souvenirs.
This is the same trip Katie and I took in 2019. While we will have a professional tour guide with us giving the history and significance of the sights, I will be leading our devotional times and pointing to related scripture passages. This trip will include visits to Mt. Carmel, Caesarea Philippi, the Sea of Galilee, the Dead Sea, and will conclude with several days in Jerusalem. While most of the tours are not overly strenuous, there is a fair amount of walking involved, and much of it will be over uneven terrain.
We will have an informational meeting in the overflow room on Sunday, July 30, immediately following the 10:30 worship service. At this time, I will give more details about the trip and be available to answer questions.
