A place will be reserved for each student upon receipt of a completed registration form and the registration fee which equals the amount of one month’s tuition. The registration fee is a separate fee and does not apply towards tuition. The fee is non-refundable (unless moving out of town).
During the registration process, every effort will be made to accommodate your preference regarding your student’s schedule. You will receive confirmation by mail informing you that your child is enrolled as you requested, or you will receive a telephone call to discuss the options of another schedule.

Immunizations & Records
Every child who enrolls in the Parent’s Morning Out program must have an application and current immunization form on file BEFORE the first day of class. Any time that an immunization form expires, you will have 10 days from the date of the expiration to renew the form. Your child will not be allowed to return to the program until a current form is on file.
All records must be kept up to date in your child’s file. This includes phone numbers, addresses, emergency contact information, and health/allergy information.
What to Bring
Please remember to check your child’s diaper bag every morning before you arrive to ensure that your child has at least 5 diapers or pull ups, a change of clothing, labeled sippy cup or bottles, and any comforting “lovey” that they may need to make their transition easier.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Parent’s Morning Out is from 8:30am-12:15pm. If you arrive before 8:30am, please wait in the preschool foyer until the teachers welcome you into the classroom. Also, use caution when entering the classroom in case children are near the door.
Pick up time is 12:15pm. Frequent late pickups may result in your child being removed from the program.
If someone unfamiliar to the teacher is picking up the child (grandparent, neighbor, nanny, etc.) please inform the Director and teacher, and add their name to your child’s registration form. They will be asked to show picture ID before the child will be allowed to leave with persons authorized on the registration form.
Snacks & Birthdays
Children will be served a light midmorning snack, but please provide their own labeled spill proof cup filled with juice or water. We will only provide water to drink if we need to refill the cup. You are welcome to bring any special treats for the class on your child’s birthday. Please note: we are peanut-free facility! Please remember to inform the teachers in advance because of allergies and other health issues. Infants will be fed from the bottles and snacks that you provide. If any allergies are present, please bring any special foods that they may require.
