At Northway Church, the ideal goal for every adult is to live out the C-3 vision:

  • Attend Worship (Come to God)
  • Be involved in a small group (Connect with Others)
  • Find a place to serve in ministry (Change the World)

Here is how we put it into practice:

Come to God

Northway offers two exciting worship services each Sunday morning at 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Each Sunday morning, the services are identical with great music and uplifting messages.

Connect with Others

We believe that life is better connected, so we encourage every adult to be a part of a small group which we call Home Teams.

Home Teams

Home Teams are small groups of 6-16 people who meet together at a time and place of their own choosing to study the bible and develop relationships. We have found that through these groups, participants not only grow in their faith, but they also build close relationships with others that will care for them and encourage them through life’s circumstances.

Starting Point

A great way to begin your journey at Northway is through Starting Point. Starting Point is a Sunday morning environment which becomes an easy way to begin “connecting with others” by meeting new people. Over the course of eight weeks, a clear and concise overview of the Bible is presented to show how it is linked from Genesis to Revelation. Whether you are new to the church scene or have been in church your entire life, you will benefit from the studies in Starting Point.

Change the World

The final piece of C-3 is discovering one’s ministry through finding a place to serve. There are a variety of ministry and mission opportunities available. Click here for those details.

If you’re not sure where you’d like to serve, then try PLACE!

PLACE is an eight week Sunday morning environment created to assist individuals in discovering how God has created each of us for a unique purpose. It is a Bible-based self assessment study that will identify:

  • Personality Discovery
  • Learning Spiritual Gifts
  • Abilities Awareness
  • Connecting Passion to Ministry
  • Experiences of Life

In addition, participants will observe the many different ministry options available and serve one Sunday morning in an area of their choosing.. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please contact Phil Anderson at
